Description

These sessions will help you to turn inward and replenish the resources you rely on in your daily life, work, and relationships. 

Selected tools from the evidence-based MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) program will be introduced and practiced directly with guidance from an experienced teacher.

Participants will …

  • Learn what mindfulness is (and what it isn’t)
  • discover the benefits of mindfulness from an evidence-based perspective
  • Experience foundational practices from the mindfulness-based stress reduction program
  • Begin building a capacity for being present and waking up in your life 
  • Walk away with some new tools for your personal and professional toolbox
